Typically an associates Mon – Friday work shift is 8 hours with a 30 - 60 minute consecutive break. Sat - Sunday & holidays will vary with 10 - 12 hour shifts with a 30-60 minute consecutive break. Starting times will vary depending on scheduled work locations. Full time status is 30 - 40 hours a week; work schedules change weekly and as industry necessitates. Operating hours are subject to weather conditions and will be adjusted as weather necessitates.
Payroll Terms: Associates first payroll check will be issued within 15 days following the initial payroll week ending. I.e., our company's work week begins on Monday and ends on Sunday. Associates will work full work weeks before they will receive their first payroll check.
Thereafter, receiving payroll check for each week worked thereafter. All final paychecks will be received weeks following their final work week ending date. Final paychecks will be direct deposited into each Associates local bank account and all Associates are required to provide all necessary banking deposit slips completely filled out. There are no exceptions.

You must have solid black dress shorts, pants or skirts, and white or black sneakers. No open toes shoes or sandals. Dress code is strictly enforced; No associate will be permitted to work out of uniform! Sunset Beach t-shirts will be provided to associates for $8.00 each. Solid black (without patterns or designs) dress shorts, pants or skirts and white or black sneakers are required. A neat & clean appearance must be maintained at all times, facial piercings - visible tattoos are not permitted. Long hair must be tied up while working or with the workplace.

Students will be given leads for housing options, but they will be responsible for arranging their own housing. Please contact CHI or your community coordinator for your housing options. Average housing in New York city will be $450.00 a month per person.
